I’m Ed Robinson, a California attorney and Realtor® based in San Diego. I work with buyers, sellers, and property owners in Southern California, focusing on San Diego, Riverside, and Orange counties. My real estate affiliation is Partner Real Estate, brokered by LPT Realty, Inc. I help with ordinary home purchases and sales as well as inherited property, successor trustees, expired listings, assumable mortgages, and transactions involving foreclosure deadlines.

I hold a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry and am both a California attorney and a registered U.S. patent attorney. My professional background includes scientific research and legal work in private practice and industry. Those experiences taught me to examine evidence carefully and distinguish what is known from what still needs investigation. I bring that same approach to understanding your property, your objectives, and the next step.
